High West Piper

Piper is a black tri with a full (clear) health and genetic panel from Embark and AKC registration. 45 lbs.
While she is now retired, Piper raised several gorgeous litters of puppies for us here. She was always such a good mama, and made our job easy! She did great at helping to train puppy manners as the puppies would get closer to going home. Now she gets to be the grandma to our next litters and help raise the next generation of ranch pups.
Her favorite thing to do is herd the cows and 'help' with vaccinations. She doesn't tire of it, and will happily work all day, even in the rain, when the other dogs decide to take a nap in the barn. It's been so fun to see her natural herding instincts shine.
Piper was our first Australian Shepherd and because of her, we have fallen in love with the breed. She is the epitome of a hard working ranch dog. She lives to work and lives to please. She's not a needy, touchy dog, but always very attentive and watching to see what she can do for you.

Hayfield Honey Tess
Tess is a daughter of Piper, and we're so proud to have her here! She is a gorgeous red merle with hazel eyes. She is health and genetic tested at Embark with a full clear panel and registered with AKC.

Tess did so great at her obedience training as a 6 month old puppy. She's a smart dog and easy to train. Her eagerness to please makes her a joy to work with. While aussies do tend to be high-energy, or high-drive, we find that when they are given space to run, ample excersize, and plenty of mental stimulation, they are actually very well behaved and calm.
Tess inherited the love of herding from her mom. She has great natural instincts, and is intelligent and quick to pick up on what she should do. She especially loves to nip the heels of the cattle.
Tess loves to go camping, hiking, swimming, and sledding with the family. She's a great little adventure buddy.

Flynn Rider
Flynn is our black tri male. He has full health and genetic testing done with Embark and is clear. He is also registered with AKC.

Flynn is a giant teddy bear of a boy. He loves nothing more than a good snuggle. He adores the kids and just lays beside them wherever they are playing outside. If I need to find the kids, I just need to call Flynn, and they'll be there. If you think all aussies are super high energy, Flynn will prove that wrong. Even as a puppy he gave off the sweetest 'old man' vibes.
Even though Flynn is super chill, he loves a good run beside the horses, or a swim in the creek. He is not a 'herder' and just watches when we work the cows.
We love Flynn's different eye colors and that they're so unique. No matter the color, his eyes are always full of love for his people and we couldn't be happier with him as a family pet.
